Planning Application documents

Hard copy of the ES or SEI are available from Atmos Consulting Ltd in Inverness for £200 or a CD version of each is available for £30.  Alternatively most of the application documents, including the full SEI documents, can be downloaded here.  Please note some large file sizes!  The new Non Technical Summary is available in hard copy free from Atmos in Inverness

  
Click on the plus sign or folder name below to locate the document you are looking for.   The  Planning Application (Vol 1), Environmental Statement text (Vol 2), Technical Appendices  (Vol 4) and Non Technical Summary (NTS) can be accessed through the 2008 folder below.   A revised NTS and the Supplementary Environmental Information can be downloaded via the 2010 folder.    To enable easier downloading and printing of the new visualisations there is an additional folder containing the pdf files of the new 'single frame' photomontages from each of the 30 viewpoints.  All files are 3-4MB.  These mostly did not form part of the submission to Highland Council but are made available here for easier access and use by the public.  These are smaller file sizes than in the main folder and some minor loss in viewing quality may occur if you use these files.  The files are designed for A4 printing.  If you print from these files then the quality will largely depend on the printer and paper that you use.
